The meeting started with opening remarks of five Co-Presidents (From the left, Reverend In-Ha Lee, Reverend Won-Sam Kim, Professor Moo-Young Han, Professor Il-Pyong Kim, Professor Gill-Chin Lim).
	Professor Won Kwang Paik who is President of CKS presided the meeting.
	The Preparation Committee Discussed and Approved the Draft of Bylaws.
